HOW TO APPLY
Apply a dot on your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks with a brush or your fingers. Blend the primer into your skin by using your fingers or a brush. Diamond Heart Base Primer is also perfect for blending with your foundation to get an extra luminous glow.
