Precision Eyeliner DAMS is water based and gentle to the skin. It dries quickly and gives a waterproof result.
Before applying, make sure that the area round the eye is completely dry. For a durable result it is recommended to apply a base shadow before eyeliner. Start in the corner of the eye and apply a thin line as close to the eyelash line as possible. Finish by painting a wing at the eye’s outermost part. Adapt the size of the wing according to the size of the eye.
With sparse eyelashes it is recommended to add a marking on the eyelashes before applying eyeliner. With this you will create an illusion of dense and full eye lashes.
